Working Principle:
The flat die and the roller are the most important components for the feed pellet making machine. The flat die is drilled with a lot of hole, and enclose the two rollers which are fixed on a support. Materials after hardening and tempering enter the ring die cover through inclined channel. Under the gravity, centrifugal pull, and the effect of the scraper, the materials will be fed into the compression zone formed by the ring die and the roller. Because the space between the ring die and roller is limited (0.1~0.3mm), the materials will be pressed with great force into the holes on the ring die.
