The rotary drum dryer which can dry manure,wood sawdust,fertilizer granules with high efficiency,so the rotary drum dryer machine is very commonly used in a whole fertilizer production line with fertilizer granulator machine and other machines.it can be also used in animal feed plant with pellet mill to make feed pellets.the rotary drum dryer is composed by the rollers, feeding device, catch wheel device, transmission device, discharge device and so on. The roller is drying cavity to dry material. In order to guarantee straightness when rotating,the rotary drum dryer is connected with two segments or more, each segment of the department has a concave or convex platform on flange, tightened by bolts. the big transmission gear is in the middle position, adjustment plate guarantees big gear and the cylinder have certain coaxial degrees. There is a roll ring for supporting on both ends, the discharge end roll ring connects with block wheel. Feeding device is fixed on the ground below the feeding end. The carrier roller device is used to support "rollers rotating. "There are two carrier rollers on the device, each roller has two carrier roller basis. In the outlet the carrier roller device has two block wheel, which have a adjustable screw between each other. The cylinder after the operation should be adjusted, when the gap between block wheels is more than 10 mm. Transmission device is composed by motor, coupling, reducer and the whole chassis. Transmission device provide the rollers rotating power. According to client needs motor can configure electromagnetic speed regulation, frequency control type etc.
this rotary drum poultry manure drying equipment can make as high as 70% -80% water content of the manure dried to 13% of direct safe storage of water. This whole process in a closed system, thereby reducing the environmental pollution during the drying process. Equipment is mainly constituted by the heat source, feeder, feeding machine, rotary drum, material machine, material crushing unit, drawing fan, the tripping device and the power cabinet composition. The dehydrated wet material, after added in the drying machine, is turned over by the copy plate turning device uniformly dispersed in the reversing drum, which can make the wet material equally dispersed and fully contacted with hot air, accessing a purpose of drying and transferring the material. During the drying process, the final products, with a gradient of copy material in the hot plate and under the effect of temperament, is out from the star exhaust discharge valve at the other section of the drying machine.
