Total quantity of units required- 60 PIECES Engine capacity: 18 to 20 HP (DIESEL) There should be provision for running the engine using a tractor mounted power-take off (P.T.O) system Engine to have in-built water cooling system Combined grinding, chopping/cutting of feed materials Output: 450 – 500 kg of dry matter per hour Supplied with: 4 sieves (1 blank with no holes to assist chopping; rest 3 shall be perforated to allow for grinding; (Sizes-12 mm; 6 mm and 1.0 mm) An adjustable metallic flap must be fitted at the fodder exit chute to direct the fodder towards the ground during processing to prevent fodder being blown-off far away (see photo below) Portable hence fitted with Two (2) inflatable wheels- Rim size 15-17 Body-work metal 2 mm gauge minimum (heavy gauge metal) Full set of tool box per machine (to contain e.g. Engine starting handle, ring/adjustable spanners, spark-plug spanner) - Supplied with extra accessories: (i) 2 extra pulleys, (ii) 1 manual grease gun for greasing the bearings, (iii) 1 Oil refilling can and (iv) 1 diesel storage/refilling plastic container (5-10Lt. capacity)
