Rotary Screen is used for classify granules/pellets grades in fertilizer/feed production plant

Rotary Screen also called Drum Sieve, rotary drum screen, which is usedd for the classification of powder materials and sieve effect is good ,60-200 project screen. Power 0.75-3KW, output :500-1500KG / hour.Features of rotary drum screen:1, the installation angle is small, easy to plug;2, small footprint;3, low noise and dust pollution;4, smooth;5, screening efficiency is high;6, large output;7, easy process layout.

Application of Rotary Screen
Material feeds into the drum, which is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the rotary drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum. The Trommel screens provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing. Our Trommel screens are constructed of high quality material, designed for high performance, high production rates, lower operating costs and lower maintenance. This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spirals, jigs etc.
