The pelleting machine is made up of feeder, conditioner, pelleting room, lubrication system etc.Powder materials whose moisture is no more than 20% go into feed auger from silo, and get suitable material flow through adjusting infinitely adjustable-speed motor. Then go into conditioner, mix with steam through paddle bar and start conditioning. Material temperature can achieve 64-85°Cand moisture content can be 13%-17% after conditioning. Then material go through feeding chute and fall into the pelleting room.
